Fire department
- Co-sponsored the establishment of Fire Chief in 2020. First Menomonee Falls Fire Chief since 2012
- Approved 6 additional full time Fire/EMT positions in 2019
- Approved previously denied quarterly presentations to the Village Board. These are open to the public, on camera and stored as Village record
- Approved new and additional equipment including the Ariel Platform
- Co-sponsored the elimination of a failed protective services model. The Police Department and Fire Departments needed individual leadership
- Approved 14 additional full time Fire/EMT positions: on-board in 2023. Menomonee Falls will NOW staff around 36 full time and 100 total personal to handle the increased demand for services
POLICE department
- Approved previously denied quarterly presentations to the Village Board. These are open to the public, on camera and stored as Village record
- Signed a nationwide pledge in 2020 to NEVER defund the Police Department
- Approved 3 additional officers in 2021 - 1st strength increase since 1979. On-board in 2022
- Co-sponsored the elimination of a failed protective services model. The Police Department and Fire Departments needed individual leadership
- Supported new camera system to fight auto theft and unlawful acts including retail crime
UPHOLDING MY OATH PROTECTING your RIGHTS
- Co-sponsored resolution opening Menomonee Falls from unconstitutional lockdowns hurting all Menomonee Falls residents and businesses. Conclusion upheld by Wisconsin State Supreme Court
- Co-sponsored resolution guaranteeing medical freedom for all Village employees and encouraging Menomonee Falls businesses to do the same. Conclusion upheld by United States Supreme Court
- Dedicated service: Only sitting Trustee to never miss an assigned meeting. I have never missed a scheduled or special meeting since 2019
TAXPAYER OVERSIGHT FOR A BETTER VILLAGE
- Approved television/streaming broadcast and historical storage of public comment session held at the beginning of every regular Village Board meeting
- Approved Village Park Phase I (completed)
- Approved Village Park Phase II (starting 2022)
- Ended massive corporate littering operation in 2019
- Increased road funding
- Lowered property taxes
